The packages below describe the basic monthly bookkeeping and payroll services we offer. If you need to add or remove services, we can customize a package to fit within your needs. We will work with your CPA to assure timely and accurate information to prepare your tax returns. Please contact us with any questions.

Small Business Package: 

Entry of up to 125 transactions*
Reconciliation of up to 2 checking and 1 savings accounts

Reconciliation of up to 2 credit card accounts
Prepare monthly balance sheet, profit & loss and accounts receivable reports

Independent Associate Package (individual business owner with no employees):

Entry of up to 50 transactions*
Reconciliation of up to 1 checking and 1 saving accounts
Reconciliation of 1 credit card account
Prepare monthly balance sheet and profit and loss statement

*Note: A transaction is one check, one credit card charge, one customer invoice, or one cash expense. For transactions above the package limit the charge will be $35.00/hour.

How We Invoice:
Invoices will be prepared each month with payment being due on the 1st of the month. We can set up automatic bill pay using Visa, MasterCard or ACH Debit.
